The core of your site
Posts will constitute the majority of the updated content you create for your site. Here you’ll get an overview of how to create and edit them.
Adding a New Post
From the dashboard navigate to Posts > Add New
This will take you to the editor titled Add New Post - you may recognise this as the common editor used throughout Wordpress
To create the post add a post title and content in the main editing area and then hit Publish
You can also hit Preview to view a private version of your page as it will appear once published
After publishing you will be presented with the Post published confirmation message and a link to View Post
This will show you your new page, live in the website
Saving and Editing a Draft
Before publishing a post you can hit Save Draft to save any changes to your post so that you can return for further editing later
You will be notified of success with the Post draft updated confirmation message and a link to Preview post
When you want to come back and edit your draft later, navigate to PostsAll Posts and click on the post title to begin editing again
